As a window box plant?

Would Karley Rose make a good window box plant? I have some decently large window boxes at the front of my home in Philadelphia that get plenty of sun. I like the way Karley Rose looks and enjoy the movement in the wind. Would this grass tolerate being confined to a window box well enough?

Pennisetum grass is a very invasive, large plant to care for. Window boxes might be a little too small for something like this. Possibly a species of mondo grass or blue fescue (pictured). They stay in 6-10" clumps and are drought tolerant.
