My builder uses Houzz Pro to plan the timeline and give detailed estimates and daily updates with photos of progress, and provide invoices at pre-agreed key points in the build. This made the whole experience much more efficient and stress-free.

Island storage near stools...

Hey I love this idea with having USABLE cabinets under island PLUS seating!!!
What depth is the cabinet there, as well, is it just shelves, or pull-out shelves?
Would this be possible with a granite top?

    The cabinets on the seating side are 12" deep, and yes, in this particular kitchen they are hinging doors with adjustable shelves. You could certainly have the shelves pullout, it's all up to your needs! And yes of course, a granite top would work!

    This is another amazing kitchen. Big. Open. Airy. Walls of windows to take advantage of view. I could live here. Brilliant.
