I bought the chairs at IKEA and covered them with commercial grade synthetic suede.

I am remodeling my kitchen in Houston Texas. I want an island kind of like this but witout a sink and my microwave installed on the end. I have the microwave. What would a island like this cost not including the chairs. I know labor will be different but in terms of materials? I have an island. This size already but a different layout so I would need to see if I could adapt tat island gete new coutertops and install the microwav. Wondering if it could be done and the cost involved and the cost of put in a new island.
