My builder uses Houzz Pro to plan the timeline and give detailed estimates and daily updates with photos of progress, and provide invoices at pre-agreed key points in the build. This made the whole experience much more efficient and stress-free.

    Hi Rebecca, I designed these doors and had them made specifically for the project. They're solid bronze and weigh 1,200 lbs each. We used hydraulic pivot hinges designed for bank vault doors to assure ease of opening and a soft close.

    They were made by an out of state foundry no longer in business. If I were to do something similar again, I would contract with someone much closer to me to make frequent visits possible.
