Rosemary hedges, some other herbs and edible plants?

Take a couple more pictures and take them to a local nursery. Don't go to Home Depot or Walmart. They may have the plants you need or that would work but odds are, they won't have anyone really knowledgable about what local plant life will work best for you. The nursery will need to know how much direct sun the area gets and should be able to offer you plenty of suggestions.
