I like your art but I think the room is getting a bit matchy matchy with the red upholstery, the roses on the wall. I would consider placing a throw in a neutral color over the middle of the couch and adding some more throw pillows.

HI -- Art is it's own and should be chosen because you like it and not for the colors in it . But that being said , what you did is very attractive and pretty . Very smart ... just lower them a bit . Art is hung about 6 inches above the back of the sofa . I love your sofa color , very rich looking but that is enough red now . Add another accent color now.

While the idea of wrapping canvass with fabric is a good one, I don't this the fabric you selected brings enough color and dimension to the room. One larger canvass wrapped with a fabric that has more colors and pattern would help bring the room together. Right now all I see is red.

One thought is to make your pics into one big square with the waves going in several different directions.

Find a contrasting color to go with the red. Maybe navy, or black. Green?

Way too much red in my opinion. I think it would help a lot if you could find a LARGE piece of reclaimed wood - large enough for a border and all 4 pieces of wood to go on top of to break up the red. Then use the colors in the wood and get some throw pillows pulling from that. The space needs more contrast. Not so much matching.

Sorry to say that it's bugging me. The chevrons not being lined up perfectly, combined with the empty space between the panels is making my eyes wiggle.

Usually I'd recommend using the color opposite on the color wheel as an accent, but with red that would be green, and your house will look like Christmas every day. Another take on it is to think of the red as a jewel tone (ruby), and add other jewel tones, like sapphire (blue), amethyst (purple), and citrine (orange). If you have enough other colors, you can add some emerald green without the Christmas look. Just keep all the jewel tones as saturated as the red.

I agree with what most have said about too much red. The couch is gorgeous. Can't tell if the walls are beige or pink. They look pink on my monitor. I also agree with what Sam posted. One large piece with contrasting colors other than in the red family would look very nice.

I thought some thing wrong but didn't know exactly what is it but after I read blrussel figured it out just put them as a group to form a square above your couch will do the job and take another picture and show it to us
