Well, I would survive, but I would not want to do it on a regular basis.
Love it, love it. Give me more, give me more.

I like it a lot. As a space in somebody's else's home. I bet light's very flattering there too

Reminds me of some friends..totally different style but they're very big on entertaining..amazing music, and cocktails, and you name it..they have this smart tech home..their lights change colors for parties and all. They press the button on their cells-all changes. can be one color or can be like disco..

I can have a time of my life. Or I can feel really sick. Usually it's both. Having time of my life-going outside to the patio. I spend a lot of time on that patio lol-which is also fun.

But I wouldn't be able to enjoy it on a daily basis. That's for people who take such things well. Physically, I don't.

If I lived alone, I could see myself having a big drama-surprise powder room. But for now, I'm undercover as a suburban working wife and mother, so I have Revere Pewter.

Reminds me of a surprise Elvis laundry/home command center room I saw on a home tour. It was a county judge's house. Ethan Allen and antiques everywhere, then boom, big Evis in blue suede shoes on black velvet and lots of fan stuff. You couldn't help but smile.

These type spaces are usually in those design homes that people pay to visit and they are done to raise money for some type of charity nand often the rooms are over the top . I can’t honestly see anyone having this as an actual bathroom they use everyday but I love outrageous powder rooms

As a powder room, why not? I think powder rooms are a place where one can make a statement and generally their small area looks better when done in something exciting like this.

However, I am doing a gut remodel of my condo and at my first meeting, I told the designer no white, beige or gray :-)

Forget the bold colors- there is way, way too much crap in there. Doesn't look inviting, just annoying. If this is a space designed for showcase, that would be one designer I wouldn't even talk with.

i love these threads, you all never fail to put a smile on my face and rock my world!

Powder rooms are an opportunity for some drama. Because they're small, you can get away with a big design. I like large wall patterns and something unexpected like a chandelier or unique mirror. Obviously this is an exaggerated version of that concept.

missi- a little over 20 years ago there was a play it was comic and based on the hot phrase inquiring minds have to know. the plays name was Expiring Minds want to Know. I loved it so much that i have used it ever since. and unfortunately according to some of my doctors I have 3 years til my brain expires. so i guess it is all relative. some days i feel like i will live another 10, then there are the days i forget to change air tanks, and whoops. silly me. If we are not voting any more, I will try another in a few days. Thank you every one, the best of social media.
