like the sink and cabinet . this type of sink vs an undermount might be an option

like cabinet, although not sure if white might be better....like the large format tile on walls, I think a wood cabinet would be in keeping with the other bathrooms in the house. Like the shower doors here as well

possibly switching the location of the toilet and shower so shower would be at the far end of the room and toilet where shower is now? Do not like the dark sink here
