For this remodel, our clients wanted to update their home which hadn’t been touched since the 80’s. We designed each space with intentional pattern play, attention to detail, and adventurous colors.

A leaky tub and some cracked tiles convinced our returning clients that an update to their primary suite was long overdue. The old bathroom’s traditional travertine tiles, stained wood cabinets, and bulky tub deck made the space feel heavy and dated. Our goal was to create a sophisticated, light, and serene space that was more aligned with their evolving style. Replacing the sizeable tub deck with a freestanding bathtub opened up the room and allowed us to expand the walk-in shower. A slim niche was strategically tucked into the corner ensuring products are within easy reach. Separate his and hers vanities provide ample storage with an abundance of drawers.. The dramatic veining in the marble-look porcelain provides the perfect backdrop for the minimalist tub and modern plumbing fixtures while the natural marble in the shower plays off the warm golds and grays. With thoughtful design choices and striking finishes, we transformed a dark and drab bathroom into a refined and refreshing retreat.

The client wanted a bigger shower, so we changed the existing floor plan and made there small tiny shower into an arched and more usable open storage closet concept, while opting for a combo shower/tub area. We incorporated art deco features and arches as you see in the floor tile, shower niche, and overall shape of the new open closet.

This master bathroom was created for a new residential development in Fort Lauderdale, Florida.
Working in collaboration with a Miami-based designer, I was responsible for the visual side of the project, producing the interior renderings and presentation materials used by the developer during the sales stage.
The design focuses on natural stone textures, warm neutral tones and soft lighting to create a calm, spa-like atmosphere.
The house is currently being built based on these visualizations.

The marble look porcelain tiled shower walls and the basket weave floor tile complement the White marble vanity top and gray stained wood cabinetry.
Classic contemporary styling and attention to detail make this double duty bathroom a sophisticated but functional space for the family's two young children as well as guests. Removing a wall and expanding into a closet allowed the additional space needed for a double vanity and generous room in front of the combined tub/shower. HAVEN design+building llc

This project involved 2 bathrooms, one in front of the other. Both needed facelifts and more space. We ended up moving the wall to the right out to give the space (see the before photos!) This is the master bathroom, which suffered before from being dark, outdated, and non-functional. My client and I call this "organic glam". we wanted a spa-like bath but with some color. I decided on an earthy, organic palette of taupes, grays, and green. We ditched the tub for a walk-in shower. Satin brass fixtures, a teak vanity, acrylic accessories add to the luxe feel.

The floating vanity was custom crafted of walnut, and supports a cast concrete sink and chrome faucet. Behind it, the ship lap wall is painted in black and features a round led lit mirror. The bluestone floor adds another layer of texture and a beautiful blue gray tone to the room.

We were tasked with transforming a modest ranch home into a house full of personality that reflected the owner's Asian roots and Hawaiian upbringing.

Large master bath features a great drop-in soaker tub with a gorgeous deck using Caesarstone Raven Quartz. The tub skirt and shower wall are both covered with 12 x 24 porcelain tile in a Smoke Brown color for a very contemporary look. Following the contempo look, the edges on the tub deck and the shower seat are both inverted at a 50 degree angle...a newer, contemporary look. The master bath flooring is the same as the shower walls, 12 x 24 porcelain tile in Smoke Brown. The shower floor is also the same stone as the walls, in a smaller, mosaic pattern and polished - again for the contempo look. Nice, very nice.

Country-chic bathroom tiled in the shower with 12x24 marble-look tile on the walls and a hexagon multicolored grey mosaic on the shower floor, creating an overall fresh contemporary look.
