Take a look at this great space that I found on Houzz, and let me know what you think. I like everything here: the gray tones on walls, ceilings, cabinetry, flooring with some sandy color mix, the fixtures and 3 piece faucet with jeweled handle to match possibly, great interior shower, and nice ledge for use at the free standing tub, and sinks and sink tops. Parker does not care for the jeweled faucet handles or the cabinet fixtures. Definitely want a ledge behind the tub with the faucet mounted on it. Would like only a bath faucet and handles (not the five shown here), but with pull out. Go with oil rubbed bronze for now. Parker also would like a steam shower.

Like the tall cabinet at the very end for storage. Do not like the way the vanity steps down for the make up station or the cabinets that meet the counter. Would like it to be all at one level, but include a make up station (to be used with taller vanity stool). Do like the look of having 2 mirrors (not 3) and the upper lighting design above the vanity. Love the dove gray cabinets and the sandy colors with the gray. Want this cabinetry to run along the wall with water closet. Realize that the spacing available is smaller than what is shown in the picture. Want to keep current water closet in the same place. Interested in ideas for different doors coming into the bathroom.

Like built in look and gray tones. Especially like the entire shower look, the way the tub tucks back into the space it is in, the way the floor tile comes up the wall (important to Helene), and having a towel bar.

I like the flooring, tub, and would be best to have the faucet arrangement wall mounted. Especially nice for cleaning. May prefer one piece unit sinks also because they could be easier to clean.

Good to include a hand held unit. Like the elegance of the faucet unit with the cradle holding the pull out.

Really like the shower enclosure, tile walls, and glass shower doors. Like the floor too. The lighter wall tile and the darker floor is appealing. Love all these niches. Would like to incorporate some of this look into the selections. Feel it is very calming.

Like dark grays, nice trim, & screened doors (one door fixed and one door able to be opened) leading to deck. Would it be best to have the screen porch go to the end of the windows at the end of the family room?

Like tongue and groove wood ceiling with ceiling fan and possible window inside of screened porch. May need to change casement window in existing home to accommodate the screened porch. (Window is the kitchen seating area one to the right as exit onto deck)

Love the curved doors on the left, the ceiling, and the curved columns. Love this look for both for entry onto to the screened porch and below. Feel this is a look where the design should concentrate.

If the Grill is in that window spot (The kitchen seating area window to the right when you exit onto the current deck), perhaps this window could be changed for one where you could lift up. Would like to come in breezes through there and possibly be able to pass some things thru. Would have to look at this and figure out the best spot.

Want to have a nice, big screen porch to allow for a table and chairs, along with room for seating.
