I love this blue/gray, but also love the finish on the paint...its not as opaque as normal paint bc you can see hints of the grain underneath, but also not as clear as a stain...what is this??
This might be the "warmth" we're going for in the kitchen? The white on the counters is creamier, the cabinet white is also warmer...all this plays off the brass/gold accents well, looks nice in sunlight...

I think I like the shape of this hood. I like that its flush against the cabinets so the backsplash doesn't need to come up. Would do it in the same color as the cabinets, and maybe have a slight arch over bottom so its less boxy? Also like the glass cabinet doors on either side, but would keep the rest of the cabinet doors wooden.
Need to think about where to store tupperware
