LOVE these swivel chairs!
The homeowners can enjoy the view of the fireplace from two new swivel chairs, or turn them around to look out the windows. The sofa provides a nice view as well. I LOVE SWIVEL CHAIRS!
I like the "lightness" in the amount of wood in the chairs. Our dining room isn't going to be able to handle anything HEAVY. Not enough space for that!
Here's a straight banquette without a corner (it can be done!). I like an oval table next to the banquet rather than a rectangle.
Interesting to me that I see more and more rooms without "side" tables but instead have a rather large table in the middle for people to set things.
This arrangement might work for us in LR when piano is gone. Note the barely noticeable reading lamp next to the couch by the window.

Nice colors, nice mix of textures, TV in a corner instead of front and center that can be pulled out for viewing and flexible to set up for right angle for viewing. I just like this room.
I like the tan couch and chair with the BLUE pillows, ottoman, etc.
I love the bubbling water feature. Could go in the SW corner of deck with sedge around it.
