My builder uses Houzz Pro to plan the timeline and give detailed estimates and daily updates with photos of progress, and provide invoices at pre-agreed key points in the build. This made the whole experience much more efficient and stress-free.

Like this adjustable shelves. Would be deepest on south wall w/ beverage refrigerator in middle? side shelving same on both sides. Lazy Susan nice, but I think takes up too much room. Drawers might be okay, but really don't need.
