I like the short row of 3D tiles along the back of the vanity, as well as the built in shelves to the right. They have a frosted glass door for their toilet, but it's also the shower in there.

Would need shallow tall cabinets on top of countertop on either side, for toothbrushes, alcohol, lotion, etc.
