Living Rm

This is a possibility. Our door is very pretty with the oval leaded glass window. If it was Black it would be one of a few other black items in the room - ie curtain rods, vase near front door, black & white stripe pillows, zebra stripe fur throw for Royal, black wrought iron on coffee table, Marley's painting, Black around fireplace, etc. Maybe I could put black paper on the door to check it out and see how it looks.

TV is on couter space w/storae beneath as well as behind it on wall shelves.Huge art work could go on wall of firepalce.

White beams can add some architectural interest & make the ceiling look higher.

I love the old lathe on the wall. This was used as a room divider however it could also be applied to framed like a pallet and put on the wall as a rustic backdrop for art. The whitewash gives it a lakehouse look.

Pine shelf to match mantle on right side of f/p for pics & art without hanging, tv under it mounted on wall. Pine 2x12s to make top for cabinets (upper kitchen cabs under it to hide media stuff, etc) We would not have seat under f/p as our ceilings are lower. fireplace about 12" from floor then mantle on top of that then space for our coastal lake island view (could be horizontal or vertical views (changing w/seasons)
