My builder uses Houzz Pro to plan the timeline and give detailed estimates and daily updates with photos of progress, and provide invoices at pre-agreed key points in the build. This made the whole experience much more efficient and stress-free.

Cabinet above passage to pantry. Don’t actually do a cabinet, maybe just a block of wood (different/darker color to warm it up?). We like that it makes it feel more separate from rest of kitchen.

Indent under island for seating. Wood slab hood rather than metal. Two tone (would likely make upper cabinets on either side of the stove white. Different backsplash that has more dimension. Wood color is nice, but would lean towards different shade that is O’Brien Harris picture we have saved.
