The hall width is comparable to our original plan. And is that a row of robes on garage wall, as I'd envisaged? This door allows in light yet without compromising privacy and the side glass panels offer even greater light therefore desired as entry door & glazing.

I can see this room divider being a focal point that can be carried throughout the home with kitchen splashback shower panels etc. A good way to unite

if sink not possible in pantry as well as beside fridge all in a row then this approach the next best thing with fridge, microwave & sink in Island forming one work triangle as well as the dishwasher in the island

Still my favourite kitchen for it's timelessness & colourful mix...sink cabinets waterfall on island one side only & stools 2 sides...note also the overhead, shallow cabinets within easy reach
