This is the ULTIMATE clothes drying rack. Made by the Amish. What more needs to be said. If I ever have a laundry room large enough for this, I'm buying it. Period.

Even teeny-tiny areas can have a folding area over top of the appliances! (if front loading). Would prefer cabinets up above for storage rather than open shelves to avoid lint and dust.

Close-up of folding area. Made of Caesarstone countertop. Also like the clock and shelf above. Hanging bar really isn't practical, though. Not enough distance for dresses or even Bob's shirts.
