Fireplace Vs Tv

This Sugarberry has the feel I want. A lot of natural light.

This is great but can it function. If you pull the picture aside will you hit your head on it when you walk in those cute double doors that lead out onto a cozy screened porch. This is perfect but is it functional?

I love the windows on the sides with a few small open shelves and cabinets with doors. The tv and fire at about the same size.

I do like black and white contrast and would like to have a mantel to decorate

I like that the fireplace is double sided and cool looking. Probably not efficient. I also like the dimension of the black tv to be similar to the dimension of the opening of the fireplace.

This may be too high but I like that it is hidden.

How about a tv that has changing art? This is a problem in my house. I like it in a cabinet. Brian wants it above the fireplace. I think it is too high above the fireplace.
