You might like to consider some big art pieces that will look cool and weather over time...then you just gravel the area, a few small grasses that won’t get out of control and maybe a Japanese or dwarf tree of some kind. Throw down a couple of cozy chairs and you are in business

I really like this. Very modern though. Again it focuses on lighting. Love the water feature and wood and then it’s low maintenance with gravel and concrete sidewalk blocks. Could have trellis with climbing vine alone fence just for some more interest, maybe a dwarf fruit tree in a pot.
