Love this layout. I like having the dining area off to the side of the kitchen instead of between the kitchen and living space. Large kitchen island without sinks or stove. Possibly putting walk in pantry on the left side of the kitchen opposite of dining area. Need to be able to easily put up baby gate on the stairs leading to basement. Don’t need pillars.
