My builder uses Houzz Pro to plan the timeline and give detailed estimates and daily updates with photos of progress, and provide invoices at pre-agreed key points in the build. This made the whole experience much more efficient and stress-free.

Laundry Room

Want either wallpaper or fun tile; need drying racks (regular and flat racks); consider putting in upper cabinets, but overall prefer an open look and don't really want the washer/dryer boxed in; need storage for ironing board (hanging on wall is fine) and step stool
