The floors and counter tops are limestone, (slab for the counter, 12" x 12" tile for the floor.) We used 'Lancome Blue' Limestone in a honed finish. The tile wainscoting consists of 3" x 6" molded ceramic tile set in a running bond. It's pretty easy to find. This is capped with a 2" cap tile.

The wood is actually a white washed hickory with a UV oil finish. OR character white oak w/ classic gray 271.

A character grade white oak floor would give you a similar look. Here is a shot of a floor we sent to another Houzz user. The finished it with Cabot's Bittersweet stain and an oiled based polyurethane.
