My builder uses Houzz Pro to plan the timeline and give detailed estimates and daily updates with photos of progress, and provide invoices at pre-agreed key points in the build. This made the whole experience much more efficient and stress-free.

Stair Case

Love the simplicity and the use of metal and concrete for the stairs.

I like the materials here as well. The grey brick with the charcoal colored metal. But something needs to stand out a bit more. It seems a bit dark.

I like the garage door.
Q

Love the juxtaposition of the different materials.
Q

I like the mixture of material. Metal, wood, and stucco paint.

I like the cylinder/round shape on the shaping, the posts, and the railing in between.
Q

I don't like the circular railing with the squared shaped post.

The cylinder shape of the railing of this staircase would be the most functional to avoid dust simply collecting on it, especially since we need to exterior staircases in the front and the back of the house.

Gorgeous symmetry.

The symmetry from the top railing and 3 rails underneath are great.
Q

These are definitely my top 5 favorite stairs.
Q

Unsure if I like the railing only style of structure.
Q

I would rather have no more than 5 cables under the railing. But, my favorite is still the symmetrical staircase.
Q

I like the structure.
Q

Is it possible to add texture to the exterior of my home.
Q

I like the parallel all the way through the railing. Clean lines.
Q

Love these but I am concerned about the open concept between steps and dust on black always shows.
Q

I don't like the color of this wood but, it's a good mix of materials.

Wires and an easy to wipe down metal/wood railing is a must. I don't want it to be a dust collector. Possible Materials: Steel/metal (wire)

I love the stairs. No glass. The upkeep is demanding.
