My builder uses Houzz Pro to plan the timeline and give detailed estimates and daily updates with photos of progress, and provide invoices at pre-agreed key points in the build. This made the whole experience much more efficient and stress-free.

The problem with all of these is the wood. Hurricanes and Florida wear and tear on wood is tough. Can always paint or stain it with a high grade marine finish, that would help a lot.

I've seen this where you have climbing ivy all over the structure's "legs" and then across the top, adds more shade and is very pretty.
