My builder uses Houzz Pro to plan the timeline and give detailed estimates and daily updates with photos of progress, and provide invoices at pre-agreed key points in the build. This made the whole experience much more efficient and stress-free.

love colors for guest bath. could consider bronze or gold tone fixtures only for guest bath. don't like flower tile, but would be great with large hex pattern solid or textured tile.

Prefer cabinets in laundry room go all the way to the ceiling. Ours currently do not, and the tops of the cabinets are dust traps and very hard to clean. Gina may like painted cabinets in this room, tho not green.

I like the look of this laundry room, with underset sink, and high necked faucet good for filling watering cans for house plants. Prefer closed cabinets to open shelving though possibly some open shelving above washer for detergent. Also need place for cat litter box and cat litter.
