I do not like this style, but wondering if this is smaller space than we have (kit + living)? Will we have more space (“elbow room”)??

What if kitchen sink window started up higher, like this one, and had tile below it, and went higher than this, but maybe not as high a as the one in plans now? Maybe a way to cut glass costs, make look a little more traditional, while maintaining good sight line?

I kind of like the bigger pendants hung high. Don’t think I have seen that before.
Consider configuration of island
Consider an island with 2 and 2 seating on a corner in lieu of a “kitchen table,” which we weren’t planning anyway, but, just consider.
