❤️There are many elements of this home we really like: exterior, windows, interior beams. Please look at the “learn more”. This is the one we keep looking at repeatedly. I know it is two story, but still offers style choice plus the interior demonstrates a bit of traditional elements that I want for feel of comfort and coziness. No pool for us.

I do like this look. Not sure how to have mid century modern with traditional elements. I don’t want a white exterior, I do want wood beams, I do like “transome” window tops for lack of better words. This is my quandary, but am feeling that modern may be less expensive than all the woodwork in traditional. ???

I want a craft and art room for wrapping gifts, painting, crafts. Sewing could be in this room or in Laundry room only because of ironing board. My desk would be great in here. This is a wonderful room. Would like those windows and window seats but also want daylight and view for painting.
