My builder uses Houzz Pro to plan the timeline and give detailed estimates and daily updates with photos of progress, and provide invoices at pre-agreed key points in the build. This made the whole experience much more efficient and stress-free.

If there needs to be a gap, I like the openness of this, not siding. Heard it is a bird nest problem though....don’t hate this just not sure if goes with my house?

***Like how the roof and top of the structure meet, no siding or gap and I like the poles, simple white. But maintenance free :). Bull likes too, he wants square poles not round. IF we could do this with a wooden ceiling painted white, we have a winner!!!
