After our conversations, we are more clear on what we are looking for with our kitchen. General themes, white quartz countertops, with grey marbling. Backsplash, same as countertops. Medium or light wood cabinets, black, small, hardware. Or no hardware at all. All stainless steel appliances.
Would white cabinets make the kitchen feel bigger? Or stark/ikea-y
Are back splashes necessary? Is it functional or for looks?
Back splash is interesting, i like the maintain shape. Again, this is off it too expensive to do the slab back splash
I like the wood floating shelves
Would a tile basksplash of “marble” be cheaper than a full slab?
What would be pros and cons of exposed ceiling like this. Our ceiling is low. so I like this example, or at least the inset lighting. Anything hanging down (with over the nook being an exception) would be too low
I like light wood cabinets, grey floors, white countertops
I like the wood back splash, cabinets, and the floors.
