Front door/ entrance

The ? 2x4 s are actually a wall ( room divider).. can see thru to room behind. Doesn’t feel like a wall.

7th street. Bedroom made into garage and build on top In fact could redo exterior with siding on add on 2nd story. Expand to east if possible. Make solarium behind garage. Could be walk way to ground floor add on. Or could expand bedroom behind garage . Or expand bath.... half bath with door to patio. ? Reconfigure and bed bath mini kitchen and utility room and outdoor planters built in? = half wall= privacy. Or expand living room to north and west ! Note how nicely garage is finished. Needs storage sink work area washer dryer and folding surface. Hung up on this and not certain why.

This is cool entrance. Built in planter plus. Overhang beautiful but not crazy about wood ceiling and door. They go well together but not certain about this entrance. Like that entrance is tiled ...... but question that particular pattern choice.

Horizontal fencing and access to front yard secure. Good.

Like the big front porch. Keeps building to left from overpowering features ( smaller) house.

Like covered space and place to sit. Saw built in benches either side of front door. Good idea. Nice place to await guests/ ride.
