Like the deck area on main level and smaller deck above. I like that there is very minimal covered patio on the ground level (on the right side of home). I feel like the covered patio on bottom level and the inside on bottom level is often dark because of a covered patio above.

Exterior materials - Like shingles and stone trim, colors and columns. Don’t like garage in front.

Linda likes the idea of 2 materials for exterior. Linda likes the look of painted shingles but doesn't love this brick.
