My builder uses Houzz Pro to plan the timeline and give detailed estimates and daily updates with photos of progress, and provide invoices at pre-agreed key points in the build. This made the whole experience much more efficient and stress-free.

Like that it is in thh middle of the room. Would make smaller.

Like the distressed wood and white backsplash. Would make of the wine shelves into regular open shelves. Don't like the color of the bar countertop - may go white for both counters. Maybe a gray or blue back wall.
