My builder uses Houzz Pro to plan the timeline and give detailed estimates and daily updates with photos of progress, and provide invoices at pre-agreed key points in the build. This made the whole experience much more efficient and stress-free.

like the colors but not the style of the chairs and it looks like velvet ( not for FL) like the rug

We don't have a fireplace but center the TV then build some cabinets like this on either side. colors are nice - maybe soft greens ( like sage) and blues. like the couches and chairs - looks cozy
