I like the tile design but maybe use more blue to mimic rain. The open shower design behind the tub is very intriguing . Maybe install the wide recticular drain in the shower instead of basic circle drain

Moving the tub to under the window but still have tub/shower combo. Could we do bi-fold glass doors?

If we can't move the tub maybe just move the toilet to the opposite wall & build in or place a storage cabinet Or at least put in a towel ladder
