Renovation Pool, Houston The perimeter overflow spa was added to the upper left hand corner of this pool. The red circle indicates the quartz plaster breaking down. This pool was only 4 years old. The inferior quartz product was replaced with a 20 year PebbleTec product.

Interesting water feature. They say...e rectangular water feature is about 1½ feet deep, with a rock set at one end. “The owners wanted to use the large pebble, which was already in the garden,” Duffy says. “We drilled a hole through it to create a trickle fountain.” A pump underneath propels the water up through the hole in the stone. However, I don't care for a "trickle" sound.
