My builder uses Houzz Pro to plan the timeline and give detailed estimates and daily updates with photos of progress, and provide invoices at pre-agreed key points in the build. This made the whole experience much more efficient and stress-free.

This is what much of the elfa options look like from container store and Home Depot or Lowe’s. Certainly lighter than wooden shelves. Maybe there is a mix and match element available?

Crappy light and I don’t love the look of the white pegboard part that the adjustable shelves go into being a different color from the rest of that closet! Do like ample outlets in the closet.
