Mark , Thanks so much that’s good advice. We are flexible on the layout the Budget is the priority. We’d rather not build a box, would rather a rectangle with some simple interest in the foot print for a rear view. We don’t want to design a plan that we can’t build due to cost thus the reason to start with the right plan. We’ll seek out a good Architect or Designer. Thank You!
