Focal Point, The designer wants us the see the pedestal which is why the path leads to it and the pedestal is in the middle. On either side of the pedestal the garden is symmetrical which leads you eye to the center.

Harmony, the back cabnet is centered in the middle of the wall (proportion). The art and the lamps on top of the dresser is symmetrical. The room sticks to a color scheme. The room is also filled to scale.
