I love the quaintness of this backyard, especially the pergola! It would be a great family area

John wanted to build our dining room table himself once the house is done. I kind of like the idea of having a dining table extended out from the island/open to the living room. When I'm cooking for holidays/lots of people, it would provide both space for me to cook but also an atmosphere to converse with guests.

living room - I like the tv/electric fireplace locations. I like the surround on the fireplace. I think this could be a good compromise on our tastes.

This is like my ideal color scheme for a kitchen. I love the darker wood flooring mixed with the stone veneer on the walls and the wood details for the range & hood.

I am an avid gardener and grow a lot of my own produce. It would be nice to have storage options in the butler's pantry for things not stored in the fridge, like what is pictured here as well as tomatoes, squash, etc.

I like the cooktop & hood, open shelving and sink/dishwasher in the island.

I like the open shelving, color scheme, under-the-counter microwave. Also interesting layout to maybe butler's pantry (that opening between the oven and fridge? Except I would like a gas cooktop and double wall oven instead of the range.

This is what I picture for the "guest" bathroom. I like the size of the vanity, mirror placement, wall sconces and general coziness for guests.

I like the ratio of counterspace to shelving. Except I would like the wall with the counter to be without any upper shelving.

This amount of workspace would be sufficient for me. I like the open leg space, counter space and room for books above
