My builder uses Houzz Pro to plan the timeline and give detailed estimates and daily updates with photos of progress, and provide invoices at pre-agreed key points in the build. This made the whole experience much more efficient and stress-free.

Maybe something like this could work. It's out of the way and we could still hang things off of it. Fold down drying rack

I like the idea of having a place to hang clothes to dry but it's up and out of the way.However the more I think about this, maybe not this idea as it's rare we'll hang wet clothes on a hanger.
