Like general color palate (would have darker window trim and lighter stucco) without the red walkway, but generally like how charming and cozy it is with large windows. It is just the right level of spanish influence.

I like the decorative trim that meets the roofline all around the house except over the main archway (too much overhang). I also like the small opening above the first archway with the iron work over it.

LOVE this house, but it is too formal for this property. I love the color palate (stucco, stone, window trim). I like the roof color but would like it to be a little less red. Love the stucco color (beige without being yellow or pink) general shape and proportions of the windows, BUT would have mullions running up and down I think? I worry this window look is too trendy. Would love your opinion on this. LOVE the patio stone!! Like the balcony railing too.
