My builder uses Houzz Pro to plan the timeline and give detailed estimates and daily updates with photos of progress, and provide invoices at pre-agreed key points in the build. This made the whole experience much more efficient and stress-free.

The flow from laundry room to bathroom is interesting -- the work space you need to do laundry can overlap with easy bathroom access and a wide dorr; looks like a hinged door but the fish-eye lens got me thinking about a wide pocket or barn door for accessiblity..
