Bench treatment
Layering greens and textures
Dry stone, plant arrangement above
At boundary. The arbour. Then grove, then cypress line in line with oleanders
Attend cypresses in a line- replace plants in line with oleanders
Low drystone. Plants over
Under jacaranda in extra bed

What one finds at the end of the garden
Create a boundary with cypress. Careful in choosing position.
Green green green. Layered textures. Spires of glauca cypress. Interest at base- bench andbpots
Consider if this is possible- arch at boundary, rose over. Black crepe through middle, flanked by olives as backdrop
Boundary. ?? Wisteria over trellis at boundary. Strong trellis like this.
Reflection bench for western end. Box as boundary- or use murraya. But a green backdrop. OLives will peek over.
Here it is again. Olive n cypress to cypress
Check out olives juxtaposed against cypress. Study the balance in this. Recapitulate.
Note how the cypress draws heveye. So what is around that space needs careful management. Don’t draw eye to eyesores (telegraph pole), ugly street space.
More buxus balls used as boundary markers. Use along western boundary- gradations, next to myrtle, which requires pruning into a massive ball
Cypress; buxus balls at base. But where to find a statue!
Olive grove- attention to staying and lighting. Would only use solar powered lamps or string lights
Two layer drystone- western bed, first grove facing, eventually drive way facing. Big stones recycled from beds may be tall enough to be single layer. Tho must use recycled gravel for base to stop grass invasion
Space the junipers. Cluster of two at true boundary corner, then one proximate to oleander, northern, then one in oleander border closer to southern end
