I like the wallpaper and cozy feel if i were to have a more cottage-like home

I like the idea of using a limestone surround/mantel as long as it isn’t too chunky/traditional. This looks fine with the fireplace being sheetrocked but I think it would look even better on the painted brick up the wall and be more appreciated without all of the arched beam work in the ceiling or the busy mirrors on the side. I’m probably too picky. In general, this is a nice look for the fireplace in my house.

Great idea for a drawer with dividers for commonly used desk or items around the home.

Built-in dividers make better use of space than buying separate containers for inside the drawer to organize things

I like the whole niche. But for my niche upstairs, in particular, I like the built-in bookshelves with the textured shade and sconces.

I like the use of screens on a track operated with remote control for each section so on can be pulled up to exit, if needed, without opening up all.

I like the solid wood door with sidelight windows

I like the landscaping. It’s not too elaborate but let’s the house do it’s thing.
