My builder uses Houzz Pro to plan the timeline and give detailed estimates and daily updates with photos of progress, and provide invoices at pre-agreed key points in the build. This made the whole experience much more efficient and stress-free.

I like the arrangement of each cubby - closed cabinet on top, open cubby with basket, then seat. I would not like two level shoe storage - I think the upper shelf would be hard to keep clean.

I like the shape of the cubby dividers. If someone were sitting in their cubby to change or tie shoes, they shouldn’t bang elbows on the dividers.
