My builder uses Houzz Pro to plan the timeline and give detailed estimates and daily updates with photos of progress, and provide invoices at pre-agreed key points in the build. This made the whole experience much more efficient and stress-free.

I am not sure why I like things in this photo. Maybe the muteness with a pop of a lovely color. Not necessarilyyellow. Look at those vases on the floor...totally geeking out on how they add a bit of fancy.

One of favorites. Very clean lines. No busy patterns. Rug pattern not too busy I prefer squared arms on couches. I like the twi accent chairs idea like this photo. We will have a ceiling like this too.
