Seating built into the pony wall is a good idea.
Eventually thinking about building a roof top terrace. Hope to have a pony wall and possibly glass above the pony wall for safety, but potentially similar Wall in back with bar seating for television and cooking.
A minor loft that could be added to a lot of homes and could be great for storage. Interesting to think about vaulting a room to get a little more space.
