Really like how they did the lighting in the trim. Exposed brick is very nice, and width is probably about right.

Bead-board ceiling is great with the slight contrast in color. Trim in this room is also amazing.

Size is probably close to what we’ll have (narrow), but sits a couch. Tile floor is great but might not be as affordable. Love the curtains, and the fan is a must.
