Undermount sink in butcher block island. Here's the thought: some color of island (white? blue?) with butcher block top & undermount sink...then rest of kitchen (on walls) cupboards be wood with laminate countertops.

This is good example: Butcher block island with undermount sink, island cabinet color different from wall cabinets. Would like more rustic cabinets, and don't want high-end stove and vent, but color concepts are good. Also, like fireplace example and lights above island and can lights in kitchen.
